To be eligible to apply for the program, the following criteria need to be fulfilled:

  • Any recognized Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
  • A minimum of relevant 5 years managerial/supervisory experience or family business.
  • Possess a valid passport with expiry not earlier than December 2017.

  • Copy of Passport
  • Bachelor’s degree mark sheets/transcripts (for all semesters/years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
  • Mark sheets/transcripts and certificates for additional education (if applicable)
  • Work experience certificate
  • Employer support, wherever required

Selection Criteria

The PGDMX office and the admissions committee evaluate each applicant on several criteria to ensure that the participants selected for the program are well- rounded individuals. Each component of the application and the interview are important. The selection of the participants will be made considering a combination of many factors including:
  • Quantity and quality of work experience e.g. significant responsibility, experience of managing personnel and budgets etc.
  • Evidence of professional success
  • Strong communication skills
  • Likelihood of benefiting from the program
  • Business leadership potential, track-record, traits, attitude/mindset etc.
  • Motivation to participate in the program
  • Undergraduate degree performance
  • Performance in the interview
